The South African Weather Service has issued a level 6 warning for damaging winds and a level 2 warning for disruptive rain, effective from today until 29 August 2024.

Residents are urged to secure loose outdoor objects, as strong gusty winds can pose a hazard. If you are on the road today, please drive with caution, exercise care when overtaking, and maintain a greater distance from the vehicle in front of you.
